This notice describes how Ch'Art Design processes the personal data of users who visit the site or use its services, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
The data controller is Massimo Cremagnani (Capitolouno). For any request regarding your personal data you can write to info@chart-design.com.
Data collected and purposes
Contact form: first name, last name, email, subject and message, processed solely to reply to your request. Newsletter: your email address, processed to send you updates, subject to your consent. Browsing statistics: we use Umami, a privacy-first analytics system that collects aggregated, anonymous data, without cookies and without identifying individual users.
Legal basis
Processing of contact-form data is based on responding to your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Newsletter subscription is based on your consent (art. 6.1.a), revocable at any time. Anonymous statistics are based on the legitimate interest in improving the site (art. 6.1.f).
Data retention
Contact-form data is kept for the time necessary to handle the request and for legal obligations. The newsletter email is kept until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe).
Third-party services
To deliver our services we rely on providers acting as data processors: site hosting (Vercel), contact-form handling and newsletter delivery (Mailchimp). These providers process data solely on behalf of the controller and according to their own privacy notices.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability (arts. 15-22 GDPR). You can exercise these rights by writing to info@chart-design.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
